Factor & Discounter of the Year

Company applications must be made on behalf of organisations that are defined as factors and discounters by trade associations such as the Factors & Discounters Association or fit the commonly held definitions of those corporate entities. Applications should describe the manner in which the corporate has excelled in one or more of the following areas: • Excellent financial results • Innovation, particularly in the functional departments of credit risk, collections or credit management per se • Contribution by the company to the cause of better business and credit practices externally, for instance through involvement in cross-industry benchmarking groups, trade associations, lobbying groups and so forth • Customer/client satisfaction • Good management and HR practices and employee development • Technical, process and systems performance
