Best Payment Culture

Entries and applications are invited for the Best Payment Culture Award. Company applications can be made on behalf of any firm in the UK of any size that considers it has made significant strides in promoting good payment practice within its own organisation. Judges will be looking for evidence of: • Processes that show the implementation of company awareness of the commercial and ethical benefits of paying suppliers promptly on agreed terms, with the financial data demonstrating success • Adherence to the Late Payment legislation • Adoption of industry codes that support ethical corporate behaviour with suppliers such as the Better Payment Practice Code • Adoption of good corporate behaviour with suppliers within marketing materials, terms, corporate social responsibility material and other collateral • Testimonials from suppliers or industry bodies
