This non-management individual could be a person collecting debts by letter, telephone or door to door. The application should describe the manner in which the collector has supported his/her department by excelling in at least one of the following areas:

  • Able to offer quality in their collections exercise
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Achieving a qualification
  • Achievement of targets/incentives
  • Turning won’t pays into pays
  • Legal and technical knowledge
  • Listening and communication skills
