Litigation Team of the Year

Team members do not need to hold a legal qualification but must spend at least 50 per cent of their time working on litigation issues in the pursuit of debt recovery. They can work within any type of credit operation for example credit/collections, collections agency, solicitors or insolvency practice. The application should describe the manner in which the litigation team has supported the department by excelling in at least one of the following areas:

 

  • Technical legal expertise
  • Achievement of a qualification
  • Managing successfully disputed cases
  • Interpersonal skills
