Applicants can come from any function within the credit industry, and they must demonstrate exceptional performance and career development with less than 5 year’s industry service. Entries can be made by colleagues working in organisations other than the one the nominee works for. Entries can also be made and put forward by the judges of the Awards for this particular category. The applicant must demonstrate at least one of the following: • Service and achievements that both go beyond the call of duty, and exceed that expected of someone with less than 5 years experience • Further improving good working practices in the industry • Promoting a cause within the credit industry • Encouraging the industry to work together beyond the bounds of the organisation the individual works for
