Jo is head of credit strategy and policy within Scottish Power's Energy Retail business, based in Glasgow. She joined Scottish Power seven years ago during which time she has worked in a variety of roles. Jo has occupied her current role for 18 months, prior to which she led a significant Direct Debit change programme.
